What made you want to start Neno's Naturals?
Narmin “Neno” Jarrous:
I founded Neno's Naturals as a solution for my own health problems, and to help others like me. I was diagnosed with Endometriosis at age 15, after years of suffering with unexplained chronic pain and nausea. It greatly impacted my quality of life, and I spent most of my teen years in and out of hospitals. When I discovered cannabis alleviated my symptoms without causing a slew of side effects, my life completely changed.
I designed Neno's Naturals to be complementary to everyone's lifestyle, and to do good along the way - that's why our motto is #CannabisForEveryone and we donate a portion of all of our proceeds to the Black and Brown Cannabis Guild, a Grand Rapids based nonprofit.
What makes Neno's a "Natural" choice for health-conscious consumers?

Neno's Naturals products are vegan, gluten free, and have only all-natural flavorings and ingredients. I wanted to make sure we have products people feel good about putting into their bodies.
Will I get high using CBD?
Narmin “Neno” Jarrous:
CBD does not have any psychoactive effects, unlike its cannabis counterpart, THC. CBD alone should never get you high.
What does a non-psychoactive ingredient like CBD do exactly?
Narmin “Neno” Jarrous:
CBD is known to have anti-inflammatory effects, which is why it's a useful aid in inflammatory diseases like endometriosis, arthritis, IBD, and rheumatoid arthritis. It also interacts with the serotonin receptors in your brain, which is why it's so helpful to those who struggle with chronic nausea, or nausea as a side effect of things like chemotherapy.
How can CBD benefit me?

CBD can benefit anyone! I recommend using it like any other supplement - integrating it into your daily lifestyle has been shown to improve things like mood, appetite, energy, and overall wellness.
Would I have a different effect from a patch versus a tincture?
Narmin “Neno” Jarrous:
Patches tend to work a bit quicker than tinctures, since they're absorbed topically. I tend to recommend patches to people when they need quick relief, whether it be from pain, nausea, anxiety, or whatever ails them.
I know CBD can be a remedy for so many chronic illnesses or life stressors. Do you have any standout success stories from your products?
Narmin “Neno” Jarrous:
I hope it's not conceited to say that I'm my favorite success story. I believe in these products so much because I use them on a day to day basis. When I'm in pain, or having stomach problems, or can't sleep, it's what I turn to.
I have years of failed treatments, and a nightstand full of old medication that never worked for me. I constantly get direct messages on social media telling me how my products, whether it be CBD patches, tinctures, or gummies, have helped people when no medication could. It's a very special kind of peace.
Do you have a product recommendation for CBD newbies?

What's your FAVORITE product?
Narmin “Neno” Jarrous:
This is the hardest question (and my answer changes a lot) but our CBD sleep gummies are my current favorite. Each piece has 25mg of broad spectrum CBD and 5mg of melatonin. It's my favorite sleep supplement because it doesn't leave you groggy the next morning. It's also perfect for me because I tend to struggle with nausea late at night and the CBD helps with that.
What's the difference between CBD and CBG Products?

CBG is another cannabinoid (like CBD or THC) and is also non-psychoactive, so taking it alone will not get you high. It usually occurs in small quantities in the cannabis plant, and when taken as a supplement, like our Neno's Naturals CBG gummies, can help with many common gastrointestinal problems people face. It's also been known to help with anxiety, promote restful sleep, and help with inflammation, similar to it's other cannabinoid counterparts.
